Sean D. Wisner

Sean D. Wisner is a father of two, the president of a statewide non-profit organization, and the Fire Chief for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. He also serves as the incident safety officer for an all-hazards incident management team. Living in Valdez, Alaska, Sean holds a master’s degree in Disaster Management from UAF and is currently authoring a book on implementing empathetic and collaborative leadership in emergency service organizations. Sean trains for and competes in ultra-distance triathlons, cycling, and running events, and is committed to helping people achieve their best versions of themselves though wholeheartedness, grit, and sustainable lifestyle choices.

Gianna Giusti

Ms. Gianna Giusti has been an educator in Alaska for the past 16 years. For the past 11 years, she has served as the K-5 School Counselor at Hermon Hutchens Elementary School. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Master of Education in School Counseling.

In 2019, Ms. Giusti served as President of the Alaska School Counselor Association Board, demonstrating her leadership and dedication to the field. A passionate advocate for community wellness, she currently co-chairs the Sound Wellness Alliance (SWAN) Board and the Advocates for Victims of Violence (AVV) Board. In 2023, Ms. Giusti was honored and humbled to receive the AKSCA School Counselor of the Year award.
An endurance athlete, Ms. Giusti inspires everyone she works with by her belief that “Anything is possible!”
